Please Note:

Lubricating Points- Check the lubrication and pivot points of the automatic chains as part of the routine servicing

Air Cylinder- Inspect for damage and corrosion. Clean with a high pressure sprayer, allow to dry and spray lightly with a light oil

Pivoting Movement- Activate several times with the vehicle at rest. Replace parts if damaged or worn

Hex Bolts- Check torque specifications (see assembly instructions)

Chain Wheels- Check torque and condition of chain wheel chains, check contact ring and bearings. Replace when needed

Contact Height- Check contact height of chain wheels on the tire sidewalls according to data in the mounting instructions. Check condition of vehicle tires and take account of tire wear. Correct dimension “c” (contact height-see assembly instructions) if necessary

Recommendations- Remove the cylinder units during the summer. To do this, release the two retaining bolts for the cylinder bracket and mounting tube. Follow the assembly instructions when fitting. Prevent dirt from entering the compressed air lines

Warranty: Rotogrip is warranted to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for one year. Chain wear is not considered for warranty. Use of non-RUD replacement parts voids the warranty. Damage due to misuse or misapplication voids the warranty.
