    RUD Chain, Inc. maintains inventory whenever possible to help minimize lead times. However, because of our extensive product offering, not every item is stocked in our U.S. inventory and may require additional lead time. Your RUD Chain, Inc. sales representative will provide current availability and estimated delivery times with your quotation.

  • We’re committed to keeping prices fair for our customers and absorb as much cost as we reasonably can. When factors like U.S. Section 232 steel tariffs affect pricing, we aim to be transparent about why.

    Who pays these Section 232 steel tariffs?

    Our steel tire chains are manufactured in Europe and imported into the United States. The Section 232 steel tariffs applied to our products are paid by the American importer at the time of import (RUD Chain, Inc.) not by the foreign manufacturer.

    These tariffs are U.S. government taxes on imported steel products that increase the cost of bringing goods into the United States. Like other business costs, they are ultimately reflected in prices paid by American customers.

    We truly appreciate our customers’ understanding and continued support, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in us.

  • A 3.25% processing fee applies to all payments made by credit card.

    Like many businesses, we incur processing fees on every credit card transaction. Rather than increasing prices across the board, we've chosen to apply this fee only to customers who choose to pay by credit card. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all shipping and freight charges are additional and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight costs vary based on shipment size, destination, and delivery requirements and will be quoted or invoiced accordingly.

    In most cases, purchasers are welcome to arrange their own freight using their preferred carrier. Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate pickup and shipping details.
